Visual Artist

Biography
The work of Randa Hijazi reflects the convergence of her Eastern roots with experiences of suffering, migration, and identity within a Western cultural context. Her paintings document human and cultural narratives — portraits of communities and women, memory, and the hardships of war and the longing for home — building a visual bridge between cultures that highlights human struggle, hope, and belonging.
With her evolution toward Organic Surrealism, she uses biomorphic forms inspired by nature, the human body, and psychological symbols to weave the inner world into human experience. Her works invite the viewer to feel, remember, and engage, making art a human and cultural bridge that expresses a shared humanity.
A visual artist and co-founder of RANOR Gallery, Randa Hijazi brings the artist's sensibility to the gallery's curatorial direction.
